These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Essential Aesthetics and Laser ("we," "us," or "our"), including our text message program. By engaging our services or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
Essential Aesthetics and Laser operates a text messaging program that may be used to send appointment confirmations, service updates, and — if separately opted in — promotional messages such as special offers, discounts, and new product updates.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our text messaging program or receive services on your own behalf. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent boxes on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Essential Aesthetics and Laser at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out (STOP)
You can opt out of our text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by texting STOP to 704-625-6567. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and you will not receive additional messages from that program.
Rejoin
If you opt out and later change your mind, you can rejoin by texting START to 704-625-6567, or by opting back in through a form on our website or at our studio.

Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on the type of message and your interactions with us (e.g., appointment reminders may only send around the time of your appointment, while promotional messages may send periodically). Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. We are not responsible for these carrier charges.
Carriers & Delivery
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless carrier.
Privacy
Your use of our services and messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
